Automatic processing of documents from email inboxes
INOVIO obtains documents from dedicated e-mail boxes, e.g. faktury@vasefirma.cz. Just send messages with attached documents in PDF format.
Automatic extraction
INOVIO automatically extracts data from the documents and focuses on up to 21 key data points from each invoice. It retrieves all relevant information about the customer and supplier, including VAT ID, tax number, account number, variable symbols or order numbers. It also handles VAT recap, rounding, exchange rates and currency. Optionally, it can also extract individual invoice line items.
Insert into storage
The service includes a convenient repository with the ability to search, filter and sort documents. You choose whether the data is physically stored on your own server or in our secure private cloud, which we operate in Germany or the Czech Republic. Each customer has their own dedicated space in the cloud - data is never shared between multiple clients.
Easily extend to other processes at any time
You can decide whether the documents should go straight into the accounting software after digitisation or whether they should be checked, approved, allocated, matched to budgets or orders, contracts, pre-contracts, etc.
Interconnected accounting systems
At the touch of a button or automatically, INOVIO will upload the extracted invoices to your accounting system.
Do you want to approve them, check them before you do that? Do you want to search them or even charge them directly, assisted or automatically? INOVIO can do it all, we don’t stop with the workload. And when we mean post, we mean actually post and not just upload to the accounting system.
Tell us which one you use and we’ll link them reliably. You won’t be transcribing documents from one software to another. INOVIO Electronic Invoice Approval does it for you, including checking and posting.
