Vehicle records
All mandatory and optional vehicle documentation - contracts, insurance policies, registration certificates, other documents, etc. Assign vehicles to authorised drivers and schedule maintenance. It is also possible to connect vehicles to external GPS systems.

Fleet operation
Your people (who send receipts for operation and repairs to the system) report emergencies (damage, accidents, ...). Reported business trips are entered into the logbook, which is equipped with a "logbook reconstruction" function for all cases. You can allocate operating costs to individual vehicles or to the entire fleet. Scheduled services and maintenance are reminded by e-mail to the drivers concerned.
