System and order
INOVIO offers a single repository for any corporate documents with a hierarchy defined by you - from document types to document properties. Each document can easily be made available to specific users, groups or departments. Unlike simple repositories such as shared drives or cloud services from Google or Microsoft, INOVIO provides advanced tools to deeply connect the repository to business processes.

Electronic signing of documents
INOVIO is also digitizing a key step in the document approval process, namely the signing by the contracting parties. Integration with inSign brings legally undeniable signing by means of a handwritten signature (biometric signature). In practice, the biggest benefit is the significant speed-up. In addition, you can strengthen the legal validity of the document by inserting it into a trusted electronic archive.

Space for cooperation according to set rules
In INOVIO, you can flexibly set up workflows and precisely define the process of creating, commenting on and approving documents, including responsible persons and deadlines. Documents can be assigned to specific project teams, departments, projects or linked together. Under each document, you can have a discussion with colleagues, and you also have a clear history of all changes that have been made to the document.

Flexibility
INOVIO offers a wide range of functions for working with directives, contracts, tenders, certificates, standards or workflows - and it's up to you to define which other document types you want to use in the system. For selected documents, you can deliberately disable certain functions, such as approvals or listing, as required. The system allows you to efficiently organise users' work on any file type, including Word, Excel, PDF or project documents. In addition, the most common office formats can be conveniently viewed directly in the web interface.
