Financial procurement and budget management
INOVIO Contract Financial Management allows you to know the real economics of your contracts and projects and compare plans with reality. You will get a comprehensive system for keeping track of orders, create quotations that won't get lost, and record everything you need to deliver or what has already been sold. You can keep track of costs, work performed and revenue directly for orders, have all the billing documents in one place and continuously evaluate profitability.
How it works
Financial management of contracts and budgets
01
Contract financial planning
At the beginning there is always a financial plan - you create a calculation, a quote or a budget proposal. INOVIO also calculates the planned margin and has prepared PDF outputs in the form of price calculations.
02
Recording costs and work on the project
During the implementation phase, you can communicate with your colleagues in INOVIU about the project or order. In doing so, your project managers can see the real costs being spent. These come in the form of invoices, receipts or hours of work.
03
Financial evaluation
Compare the plan with the actual economic result. For each order, you can see how it was originally priced, how much was invoiced in total, and what the balance is. With the division into contracts and subcontracts, you can evaluate projects in total or in parts.
04
Large-scale projects are handled using budgets
If you manage large capital projects or contracts (hundreds of thousands to millions of euros), pay attention to the Budget Management module, which includes tools for approving budgets with links to orders, contracts and invoices.
Interfacing with accounting systems
Procure to Pay allows easy integration with your existing accounting software. By linking with ERP systems such as SAP, Pohoda, Helios or Money S3, you get a single environment for managing your purchasing and financial processes. Automated data transfers eliminate manual entry errors and speed up the entire process.
