We develop software for process digitalization based on INOVIO products and we do it in such a way that the solutions are efficient, standardized, but also customized. What will your tasks be?
- Communication with the customer - you will receive requests for configuration or product development for the customer, who will also call you if he has a problem.
- Product configuration - you have detailed knowledge of INOVIO products and customer needs, so you set up the INOVIO product according to what the customer needs.
- People collaboration - you will be the coordinator of the team's efforts with the customer and our team.
- Customer training - what you put together, you show our customer and teach them.
What will you need with us?
- Advanced computer and internet skills - MS Word and mail will not be enough.
- We want you to be unafraid to communicate with managers, directors, accountants, IT people, etc. - these are the people you'll be putting together the INOVIO product modifications with.
- Know what an invoice, order, receipt is.
